This is Not Belgium invites you to an artistic dialogue at BECI Brussels between two artists exploring imagination and inner experience.
Paul Marnef reimagines familiar landscapes through artistic photography, transforming them into poetic, almost otherworldly worlds. Some works include augmented reality, adding an element of surprise and hidden layers to the images.
Dorothea Dejonckheere translates emotions, memories, and inner tensions into visual narratives, using art as a way to understand and let go.
Together, their works create a dialogue between imagined landscapes and inner worlds, inviting viewers to slow down and look differently.
Meet the artists by appointment or during Good Morning 500, every third Thursday of the month at 8:00 AM:
