Refunds are only possible within the framework of the right of withdrawal. The terms and conditions for exercising this right are described in section 6 of the Website’s General Terms of Use.
The right of withdrawal applies for a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Within this period, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by using the withdrawal form available in the Website’s General Terms of Use. This form can be completed and sent directly to the relevant Creator.
After notifying their decision, the customer has a period of 14 days to return the product to the Creator.
Do I have to pay the return costs?
This depends on the situation.
Within the framework of the right of withdrawal (change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
However, if the return is due to a defect in the product or an error attributable to the seller, the return costs are borne by the Creator.
Returned products must be sent back in their original condition. Otherwise, any loss in value may be charged to the buyer.
