This is not Belgium works in partnership with LenArt to offer you this service.  LenArt is a Belgian company, trusted, professional and fully aligned with the Belgian tax administration.

 

The advantages of renting artworks : 

  • Tax deductibility : As a company, self-employed person or liberal profession, 100% of the monthly payments for rented artworks as well as the related acquisition costs (transport, hanging, insurance) are tax deductible. 
  • Enhancing your image : The presence of Belgian artworks in your business premises allows you to assert your local roots while enhancing the image of your company with your partners and customers.
  • Spreading the cost : You spread the cost over several months: 6 to 36 months, through regular installments.  This staggered purchase means that your cash flow is not affected. 
  • Variation in pleasures : You benefit from the artwork as soon as you sign the contract.  Renting allows you to rotate the artworks in your office; you never get bored.

 

Certain conditions are required in order to have access to this art rental service on This is Not Belgium :

  • Have a Belgian VAT number.
  • Have your operating and/or registered office on Belgian territory.
  • Have the consent of LenArt.

The advantages of buying art on an installment basis:

  • Spreading the costs : You spread the cost over several months: 6 to 36 months through regular installments.  This staggered purchase does not affect your company's cash flow. It simply allows you to treat yourself and start a collection without having to pay a large amount at once. 
  • Tax deductibility :  As a company, self-employed person or liberal profession, 100% of the acquisition costs (transport, hanging, insurance) relating to the purchase of the artwork are tax deductible. 
  • Enhancing your image : The presence of Belgian artworks in your business premises allows you to assert your local roots while enhancing the image of your company with your partners and customers.

 

Certain conditions are required in order to have access to this payment on an installment basis on This is Not Belgium : 

  • for individuals, have your residency in Belgium; 
  • for companies :  have a Belgian VAT number; 
  • have the consent of Lenart.
