Starting from the company's vision or values, we offer employees the opportunity to communicate with each other through another language, that of images. Aware that words alone can sometimes be misunderstood, we leverage visual support to combine multiple senses (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic), thereby promoting a profound understanding of values for everyone.
Images reinforce words, creating a subtle representation of the company's values and their experiences by employees. Workshops reveal commonalities, a common thread, and highlight often overlooked details, thus prompting questioning. Images often allow us to raise important questions.

Before the workshop, we collaborate closely with you to understand the fundamental vision and values of your company, establishing a clear framework for the creative workshop. The organization varies depending on the group's size and the number of values to explore. We also take into consideration the level of familiarity among the members.
Workshops can take the form of individual collages, promoting mutual discovery, or collective collages, reinforcing the cohesion of the existing group.
During the workshop, participants visually translate the vision and values of your company through their creations. They reflect on the values, explain the choice of their images, and the reason for their placement. We guide the creative process by encouraging artistic expression, ensuring that the workshop is interactive, inspiring, and motivating for everyone, regardless of their level of artistic experience.
After the completion of the creations, an exhibition can be organized to showcase them, thereby reinforcing the participants' sense of pride and accomplishment.
