Christophe de Fierlant’s art encompasses painting and poetry. DUGA paints viscerally, in a state of regression. He lets his feelings guide him. He is fascinated by the human nature and influenced by primitive arts like African, Oceanian, Amerindian, and children's art. His work blends conscious and assumed art brut, post-contemporary modern art, free figuration, and contemporary expressionism.
Beverley Johnson infuses each masterpiece with a profound sense of soul. Hailing from the outskirts of London, the artist's journey of artistic exploration took her to Paris and Tubingen, shaping a diverse and cosmopolitan perspective. She is today a purveyor of joy, seamlessly blending vibrant colors on canvas to bring life and energy to any space.
Roxane Malu creates artworks with a mix of childlike marks, patterns, gestural paint application, and delicate shapes. Using a vibrant palette and various media, she invites viewers to interpret the compositions freely. Working intuitively, she embraces the emotional process influenced by music, light, or the moment, often uncertain of the final outcome.
Edmundo Solari, excels in metal sculpture. His art reflects his inner world, origins, and travels across continents. Solari's work, a blend of gestural and graphic styles, seeks universal forms inspired by primitive art and vanished civilizations. Recently venturing into painting and engraving, his South American roots strongly influence his artistic world.
Jenny Verplanke, influenced by years in Africa, sculpts unique mixed-media and bronze artpieces. Her art, both figurative and abstract, conveys a message of love and tolerance without aiming to shock. It tells a lyrical narrative, allowing viewers the freedom to discover their own stories, as she hopes to touch hearts without overwhelming them.
