Art of glass

Characteristics

This piece has been made from hot glass at over 1100°C poured into a mould of sand (sand casting technique). Once the hot glass settles and stiffens, it is put in an oven at 500°C. The annealing curve brings the glass slowly down to room temperature in 48h.

Dimensions: approx. 17cm wide by 48cm high

Care and use

You can dust of the glass with a soft towel. If needed, wash it with warm soapy water (not hot), rince well. Dry straight away to avoid traces on the glass.
