Blown glass and lampwork glass (glass beads made on the torch): an innovative combination of 2 hot glass techniques. A new technique I have been exploring for several years already.

Decorative and design object rather than a functional one, each piece in this series is unique: because of the process, entirely manual, but also because of the way each glass bead will interact with the hot bubble of blown glass.

Maesro vetrai Fabiano Amadi in Murano (IT) made this piece for me. I am proud to be able to work with him on a regular basis for the making of my larger designs.
